First off, I love the Sacramento area. I moved here from southern California in 1992 and never looked back. The greater Sacramento region is home to some fantastic neighborhoods and plenty to do. We have everything you could possibly want, great schools, state-of-the-art entertainment venues, Sacramento International Airport, plus we are surrounded by multiple lakes, rivers, hiking trails, and wine country!
Feel like you need to get away? You can be in the snow in 2 hours, or at the beach in 90 minutes. Feeling extra adventurous? You could ski and surf in one day!
